Under clotting disorders I have now posted a copy of the new coagulation work up Dr. Glueck recommends for Osteonecrosis (Avascular Necrosis) patients. The codes on his work up are for LabCorp, I have posted a copy of the same blood tests with Quest Diagnostics codes.
